What is Coffee

Coffee is a brewed beverage made from cofee beans, which are the seeds of berries produced by specific flowering plants belonging to the Coffea genus. Unroasted green cofee is created by separating the cofee fruit’s seeds, which results in a stable, uncooked product. After being roasted, the seeds are crushed into tiny particles and used to make roasted cofee, which is commonly soaked in hot water before being filtered out to create a cup of cofee. It is among the most popular drinks in the world.Coffee

In supermarkets, you’ll typically find two types of cofee beans for sale: Arabica and Robusta. You may be wondering, is there a difference between Arabica and Robusta? Oh, there definitely is. Let’s get right to it.Coffee

Arabica

By far, Arabica is the most widely consumed variety of cofee. Depending on who you ask, a lot of cofee lovers prefer utilising Arabica beans because of their flavour. Arabica beans, which are frequently used to make black cofee, offer a richer, more nuanced flavour that you may sip on their own. Funny thing is, although being the most common, it has less caffeine than Robusta.Coffee

Robusta

Arabica is the most widely used cofee, although Robusta is more affordable and robust. Robusta commonly used for espresso drinks and in instant cofee mixes due to its bitter flavour. Grab a cup of cofee made with Robusta beans if your Monday morning is dragging. You’ll be immediately awakened by their high caffeine content!Coffee
